Please comment and share any church/school/neighborhood events that are open the to public and I will add it to this list!

Please also check directly with each organization as events and times can be subject to change.

Have a safe and fun Halloween. And for those food allergy families, be vigilant – I always have a safe snack swap bag for my child!

Trunk or Treat on Oct.16th from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at St. Brendan Catholic Church. SBCC’s Preschool will host their annual fundraiser event on Oct. 16th, 5:00-7:00pm. Enjoy a safe environment to “trunk or treat”. Parking/participation is $3.00. Tickets for games, crafts and food are on sale in the preschool office and at the event. October 18, 2015 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Castleberry Road Baptist Church Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat – Please mark your calendars for our Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat we are hosting for our community.  We will have an evening of family fun and excitement as we bring in multiple bouncy houses, games, food, and fun for the entire family. Castleberry Road Baptist Church is located at: 7225 Castleberry Road Cumming, GA 30040. For information call (770) 889-2422.

October 24 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Halloween Trick or Treating at The Collection Forsyth. Bring the whole family for a safe & fun night of Trick or Treating from store to store within the center and enjoy kids activities and special treats!

October 24 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Trunk or Treat Safety Event at the Cumming Fairgrounds. Admission is one bag of candy per family.  Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to Trunk or Treat, which will feature bean bag toss, face painting and other fun activities and games. There will also be information on costume safety, pedestrian safety, stranger danger, stop-drop-roll demonstrations, and more!

October 24 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Cumming First United Methodist Church Night in the Patch – 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Hot dog dinner, It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown movie on the lawn at dusk, hayride, chili cookoff, roasting s’mores and popcorn, punkin chunking and more!

October 24 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Fall festival at First Baptist Cumming. 1597 Sawnee Drive, Cumming, GA.

October 28 from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Cumming Baptist – 115 Church Street, Cumming, GA 30040 – Fall festival and trunk or treat. A great night of fun for the season. Food, music, games, and inflatables will provide joy for all families. The night will end with our Trunk ‘R’ Treat – an awesome display of clever car decorations. Enjoy the costumes,the creativity and, of course, the candy!

October 30 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Fall Family Festival and Trunk or Treat at Concord Baptist Church. Games, inflatables, trunk or treat, cake walk, face painting, hayrides and much more! Located at 6906 Concord Road, Cumming, GA 30028.

October 31 – Kids eat free in costume on Halloween at Beef O’Bradys in Cumming, GA! One free kids meal per adult meal purchase.

October 31 – 10:00 am – 3:00 pm – Trick-or-Treat on the Farm at Warbington Farms. Bring the family out for a “Spooktacular” day of Trick-or-Treating at the farm. Follow the farm clues to find the different trick-or-treat stations. Kids in costume get $1 off admission.

October 31 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Trunk or Treat Forsyth at Highlands Church parking lot. 43 Canton Highway, Cumming, GA. Highlands Church has partnered with Forsyth County! Hayrides, inflatables, hot dogs, touch a truck, pony rides, giveaways, trunk or treat. Get autographs from your favorite Disney Princesses and Superheroes!

HALLOWEEN EVENTS NEAR FORSYTH COUNTY

HALLOWEEN BOO BASH – North Georgia Premium Outlets presents it’s first BOO BASH for kids 12 and under! Saturday, October 31 from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. FREE Trick-or-Treating bags for kids 12 and under at Guest Services located in the Food Pavilion (while supplies last) Trick-or-Treating at participating stores. Check back for more tricks and treats to come for kids 12 and under. Please note, only kids 12 and under may wear masks.

Trick or Treat Dahlonega – Ghosts, goblins, witches, wizards and more will be wandering the streets of Downtown Dahlonega on October 31st, 2015 at Trick-or-Treat Dahlonega. This event, brought to the community by the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Merchants, provides a safe environment for parents to bring children trick or treating during daylight hours.

The event will take place on October 31st from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, rain or shine. Trick-or-Treat Dahlonega is intended for children ages 12 and under and appropriate costumes are appreciated! For safety reasons, the roads will be closed and re-routed during the event.

Please help Dahlonega keep this Family Fun Tradition! Donate Candy at the Visitors Center, Community & Southern Bank, and United Community Bank Main Branch. (Donated candy will be distributed to the Downtown Merchants.) Park near the Square or the University and walk between the three events! Historic Dahlonega Ghost Walk – Every Friday and Saturday Nights, September through October
Historic Hauntings Tour – 2 hour guided tour.
